La premi\u00e8re semaine a \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s douloureuse. J\u2019ai attendu plus d\u2019un mois avant de commencer mes premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ances de kin\u00e9 et j\u2019ai ressenti un peu moins de douleurs apr\u00e8s mes 5 premi\u00e8res s\u00e9ances. La semaine suivante, mon kin\u00e9 m\u2019a alors propos\u00e9 de faire des s\u00e9ances de t\u00e9carth\u00e9rapie Winback. D\u00e8s ma premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance, je me suis sentie beaucoup moins tendue, plus l\u00e9g\u00e8re et j\u2019ai beaucoup moins mal. Je peux vous dire que le lendemain, j\u2019ai pu effectuer des gestes que je ne pouvais pas faire avant cette s\u00e9ance Winback, et depuis je suis \u00e9tonn\u00e9e moi-m\u00eame de mon am\u00e9lioration.
