Avant mon op\u00e9ration, j\u2019avais d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9 18 s\u00e9ances de kin\u00e9sith\u00e9rapie afin de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer mon genou dans ses capacit\u00e9s maximales. Apr\u00e8s mon op\u00e9ration, je suis rest\u00e9e 3 semaines chez moi sans me d\u00e9placer avec 2 s\u00e9ances de kin\u00e9 par semaine. Ensuite, j\u2019ai pu me rendre chez le kin\u00e9 pour \u00eatre trait\u00e9e avec cette machine \u00ab&nbsp;miraculeuse&nbsp;\u00bb : Winback. D\u00e9s ma premi\u00e8re s\u00e9ance, j\u2019ai senti la diff\u00e9rence. Alors que je ne pouvais ni tendre ni plier ma jambe \u00e0 fond et qu\u2019en plus je boitais. Apr\u00e8s 5 s\u00e9ances, j\u2019avais r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9 mes amplitudes et je marchais normalement.
